Shelf Check: The First 100
For a good while now, ToonDoo, the site where I assemble Shelf Check, has offered the ability to create "ToonBooks"--flipbooks that make viewing several strips in sequence somewhat more pleasant than loading each separately. Tonight I decided to try it out, and below is a flipbook (Flash) of the first 100 strips. I haven't read through it yet--just the first 20 strips or so--and think it might feel kind of like watching first-season episodes of Seinfeld where the characters feel self-conscious and not-quite-fully-formed. Still fun, though. Let me know what you think, and I'll put together a 101-200th episode flipbook up soon. Thanks.
