Shelf Check turns 500 today! Below are my favorites from the first 500 strips (you can view non-flash version here).
500 feels like it calls for a celebration. So here's what I'm going to do: I'm going to get me this Folkmanis sheep I've had my eye on, and I'm going to take it out for 2-for-1 margaritas at Pancho Villa. Fan-freakin-tastic! I only just recently discovered Shelf Check, and there's quite a lot to go through. Thanks for pointing me to some of the best. I'm a bookstore clerk rather than a librarian, but plenty of the situations are quite familiar, and some of them are hilarious even when I don't know the terminology. Brilliant stuff. Here's to 500 more!
